Freshpet’s new packing plant in Ennis, Texas will conduct job interviews all week long.
The New Jersey-based pet food packing company Freshpet is interviewing for one week to fill more than 450 job opening at a new processing facility being completed in Ennis, Texas.
Accepting applications from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on December 13 – 17, 2021 at the Franklin Building at 107 South Dallas Street in Downtown Ennis, Freshpet management will interview applicants for a wide range of positions from lab analyst and human resource payroll administrator to warehouse and production positions.

Freshpet began operation in 2006 as a manufacturer dog and cat foods made with fresh ingredients and now boasts of being available in more than 20,000 retail locations. The publicly traded company reports annual sales of more than $400 million.
Unlike dry kibble with extended shelf life, Freshpet pet foods are made with ingredients produced in the U.S. and that require refrigeration. Freshpet foods are available locally in the pet food aisle at H.E.B., Walmart, Target and Brookshires.
The Ennis Freshpet plant will be the third the company has established with similar facilities in Secaucus, New Jersey and Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The new facility creates better distribution access to Freshpet’s Midwest and West Coast markets.
